OneOfficeSystem

Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

OneOfficeSystem (“OneOfficeSystem”, “we”, “us”) provides wholesale SMS and voice communications infrastructure to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use our website, console, and API.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — name and email from your Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in.
  • Business data — organization name, numbers you provision, and API keys.
  • Communications metadata & content — messages and call records sent or received through your numbers, which we transmit and log to provide and bill the service.
  • Usage & technical data — IP address, device/browser, and log timestamps.

3. How we use information

We use it to authenticate you, provision numbers, route and deliver messages and calls, meter and bill prepaid credits, maintain security and prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal and carrier obligations (including messaging compliance such as STOP/HELP handling).

4. Sign-in providers

When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your basic profile (name, email, and a provider identifier) to create and secure your account. We do not receive your password. Your use of those providers is also governed by their policies.

5. Sharing

We share data with carriers and communications providers (e.g. Twilio) strictly to deliver your traffic, with payment processors to handle credit purchases, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We retain account and communications logs for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, carrier, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

7. Security

We protect data in transit and at rest, isolate each organization’s data, and restrict access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
