Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the OneOfficeSystem website, console, or API, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

OneOfficeSystem provides wholesale SMS and voice infrastructure: provisioning phone numbers, transmitting inbound and outbound messages and calls, and metering usage. We may use third-party carriers to deliver traffic.

The service is prepaid. You purchase credits in advance; each message sent and received, and applicable number and voice charges, are debited from your balance per our then- current rate card. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend sending when your balance is insufficient.

You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from recipients and for complying with applicable law and carrier rules, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, 10DLC/toll-free registration, and honoring STOP/opt-out requests. Prohibited content includes unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive messaging (“SHAFT” and similar restricted categories). We may block or suspend traffic that violates these rules or threatens deliverability.

Keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for traffic generated by your own downstream customers.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and update rates, with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the network. You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding obligations survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneOfficeSystem disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You will indemnify OneOfficeSystem against claims arising from your traffic, your content, or your violation of law or these Terms.
